Following their excellent start to the season, Heybridge Swifts face a challenging couple of weeks ahead , with 4 away games, at Aveley, Canvey, Met police, and Sudbury.
The squad will once again be tested with the additional setback of Luke Callender’s hamstring injury. Guillem Ramon is also likely to miss out with an ankle knock, and central defender Phil Anderson remains sidelined with head/neck injury.
Jody Brown on what looks to be a tough weekend fixture at Aveley’s new Parkside Stadium:
“We have an extremely testing couple weeks ahead, starting at Aveley. “I watched them last week against Witham, and certain aspects of their game were impressive & will pose real problems. “We will need to get a foot hold in the game possession wise if we are to take anything from what look like a strong side”
Saturday’s game at the Parkside Stadium kicks off at 3pm and Swifts will be hoping for more of the excellent away support they have had so far this season on the road which makes such a positive difference to his players.
