IN A NUTSHELL: Swifts suffered a very disappointing defeat at mid-table Felixstowe.

KEY ACTION: The hosts took an early lead with a good finish from Jordan Matthews and added a second in the 27th minute when Josh Kerridge headed home. Swifts piled pressure on as they looked for a way back into the game but it remained 2-0 at the break. Heybridge got the chance to reduce arrears after the restart with a penalty for handball but skipper Kreshnic Krasniqi (pictured in action by Alan Edmonds) saw his kick saved by Jack Spurling. And some poor Swifts defending allowed former Maldon man Rhys Henry to add a killer third goal with a little over 20 minutes to go.

SWIFTS STAR MAN: Joe Claridge: The full back tried hard on a difficult day for the team.

SWIFTS DEBUTS: Emmanuel Osei Owusu.

INJURY CONCERNS: None.

ENTERTAINMENT VALUE: 7/10
