IN A NUTSHELL: Swifts slipped to one of their heaviest defeats of the season in dreadful weather conditions in east London. The result saw Swifts drop to fifth, but still 19 points clear of eighth-placed Barking.

KEY ACTION: Ryan Cosson headed the hosts into an early lead and Tobi Joseph made it 2-0 soon after with a header of his own. Swifts responded immediately with a close-range finish from Harrison Chatting to make it 2-1 but Barking restored their two-goal cushion on the stroke of half time with a curler from Nana Boakye-Yiadom. An assured defensive display from the Blues kept Swifts at bay in the second half before defender Billy Reynolds added a late fourth.
