SWIFTS’ squad was given a clean bill of health this week ahead of Saturday’s Bostik North trip to Barking.
Heybridge’s Head of Medical Stuart Bevis told the #SwiftsCast that for the first time in a while first team boss Julian Dicks should have all key men available heading into the season’s finale.
Bevis said: “We had Dan Walker (pictured by Alan Edmonds) sidelined but he had a scan last week and that proved all clear.
“He picked up the injury against Grays and was stretchered off. We had him assessed then and he seemed to be okay, but he had a recurrence a couple of weeks ago and we thought the best way forward was for him to have another scan.
“And that has come back showing it was bruising on top of an old injury. So Dan should train this week as normal.
“Nick Brown had also picked up a knock in training but he will now rejoin the group – so at the moment we are a fully fit squad.”
Barking will start the game tenth in the table and Swifts fourth.
Justin Gardner’s Blues won 2-1 at Soham last week and have picked up ten Bostik North points from the last 15 on offer.
Swifts have picked up 11 points from their last five games but were held to a frustrating home draw against Wakering last time out.
The game at Mayesbrook Park will kick-off at 3pm.
